Ive got the spreadsheet ready(ish) to go with the new order of kit from Provision. For those of you who have none or those who have some but want more, please contact me ASAP before the order goes.

The new kit order has gone in so there will be no excuses for not Provo2 branding the gym / park etc from now on

I have attached the excel spreadsheet showing who has ordered what and the amount owed. We need 50% of your total to be either:

Online Bank Transfer

Please make out Club Membership cheques to “Pro-Vo2 Ltd” and give to Pat Leahy, Fit Rooms or a Pro-Vo2 Coach.

Please do this as soon as possible!! I really dont want to have to chase you up ... This needs to be done this week as the order has gone in.

Please pay for your team kit orders ASAP as we are having to use membership funds to pay deposit for the kit we ordered, so they have started making them today, to ready early Feb.

This really isnt ideal, but after both Tom and I have chased people to pay for the kit which was ordered, still only a few have paid up, which again is just not fair on these paying team members having to wait.

Future orders will have a quicker turn around as Provision have all completed artwork etc now, from transitioning from Oz suppliers. We will also look to hold a small amount of stock in the future on a first come first served basis, which will happen to anyone late in paying for this order also (sorry but we will need to return club fees to pay gyms for bikes again in Feb!)

Please can you pay via bank transfer after looking at your kit costs on the attached spreadsheet...
